Biography
Karuturi is currently an ARC research fellow in the Department of Electronics Materials Engineering, Research School of Physics and Engineering at the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia. He is the recipient of Australian Research Council’s Discovery Early Career Researcher Award.Karuturi worked as a postdoctoral research fellow in the School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. He received his PhD in 2013 from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He got Master Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, India. Currently, Karuturi’s research focuses on the development of III-V compound semiconductors and semiconductor oxides for solar hydrogen generation applications using various thin film growth techniques, including Atomic Layer Deposition and Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition.
